Neelams The Grand Hotel, Calangute

Our stay at this hotel had quite a few ups and downs. While the staff provided fantastic service, which truly stood out during our stay, there were some significant drawbacks, particularly with the noise levels and the amenities offered. The location was not as described, making access to the beach quite inconvenient. Overall, not the best choice for a relaxing holiday, but the service was memorable.

I recently stayed at Neelams The Grand in Calangute for 10 days, and I had mixed feelings about my experience. While the atmosphere of the hotel was great and the pool area was enjoyable, the rooms were quite jaded and in desperate need of a makeover. Overall, it’s not the same as my previous visits, but it still has potential given its good location.
